Itty Bitty Carrot Cake Balls

Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup coconut shreds
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup microwaved (if necessary) coconut oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Put all ingredients listed above into a mixing bowl and stir until combined and in a dough-y like texture.
3. Roll into small balls and put onto a baking tray already lined with a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. Carefully take them out of the oven and let them cool for at leas 10 minutes.
